We suggest your staff discontinue the use of RTO for racing as soon as possible and transition to Track Manager as their primary access to the racing office software. All tracks have had Track Manager installed and training offered. Please keep in mind the shutdown of RTO will be for racing access only. The Horsemen?s Bookkeeper system will still function until the new Track Manager HB system is deployed.
